0.2.0 Released

Here is version 0.2.0. There are VERY FEW changes from versions 0.1.10 and 0.1.11, primarily that the "time of day" is disabled while i write a custom time of day system to replace the premade one I've been using, and a couple of dead-ends have been removed as I realized chapter 2 was bloating to be much more than I intended.

I've had a sudden drop-off in my primary employment (Gig work apps suck, don't work for them, seriously.) so hopefully I'll have the energy to start doing regular updates and get some progress made on LotHI, but at the same time, my mental health has taken a bit of a hit due to budget stress, so we'll see how things go.

I've incremented the version number to indicate that chapter 2 is done, this doesn't necessarily mean that chapter 2 is 100% complete, but that it is narratively complete. I need to work on chapter 3 and some back-end stuff before I do any more editing of chapter 2.

I'm currently sitting on more than 10,000 words I've written for chapters 3 and 4 that I need to implement, so once I finish the chapter 3 back-end stuff, there should be several large updates in a row.
